Kidnap and Kill: An FBI Terror Plot examines the government’s use of confidential informants, undercover agents, and counterterrorism tactics in the case behind the 2020 arrests.

Through courtroom footage, discovery documents, trial outcomes, and interviews with those directly involved, the documentary follows the investigation from its opening stages through the trials and appeals, examining financial incentives, domestic-terrorism quotas, and whether government agents may have manufactured the plot so they could then “foil” it.

It is not a film about one governor, one militia, or one election. It is about the line between investigating a crime and creating one.
